What is New?

Every year, we review our benefits to ensure we’re offering comprehensive, affordable benefits choices for you and your family. As a
result, you can expect a few changes in 2022:

Medical
Emmis continues to work hard to manage costs and limit plan changes. We are happy to announce that there will not be any
plan design changes for the CDHP or the PPO for 2022. We will continue to pick up a majority of the costs associated with providing
coverage. See page 8 and page 9 for plan designs and information. You’ll notice a small increase to your portion of premiums on page
10.

Pharmacy
For 2022, Emmis is partnering with RxBenefits using the CVS Caremark Network. RxBenefits is a pharmacy benefits optimizer
with certified pharmacists ensuring you and your family are getting the right drugs at the best prices, as well as providing exceptional
customer service to support you should any questions or issues arise their role is to ensure you get the maximum value from your
pharmacy benefits.. See page 6 and page 8 for 2022 plan designs and information.

New Health Plan Navigation Tool
We’re pleased to announce that we will replace Castlight with Anthem Sydney Health that you access via the Sydney app or
Anthem website. See page 13 for more information, watch for additional information on when Sydney will be live.

What is Returning

EmmisPlan Portal (previously Mobile Wallet)
We know that life can get hectic at times. The EmmisPlan Portal ensures that benefit plan information is at your fingertips.
For easy access to your benefits booklet, plan documents, and benefit carriers’ group numbers, phone numbers and websites
from your smartphone, tablet or computer, bookmark EmmisPlan Portal. You do not need to be on the Emmis network to access.

Employee Assistance Program
Emmis provides you and your family with an Employee Assistance Program through LifeWorks at no cost to you. You and your
family are eligible to receive free and completely confidential professional services. See page 13 for more information on this
valuable program.
