        Musculoskeletal Health Program



        We have partnered with Hinge Health to help you accomplish musculoskeletal health. Hinge Health
        provides personal treatment plans to help you conquer back and joint pain, recover from injuries,
        prepare for surgery, or stay healthy and pain free. The programs provide all the tools you need to
        get moving again from the comfort of your home. Employees and eligible dependents enrolled in a
        Plymouth Rock medical plan can take advantage of this benefit at no cost.


        Getting Started
        Take a short online questionnaire at hingehealth.com/plymouth regarding your back, hip, knee, shoulder or other joint
        pain. No referral or diagnosis is needed from a doctor. A treatment plan will be tailored for you based on your responses
        and may include:

          • A personal care team, including a physical therapist and health coach
          • As many personal physical therapy sessions as needed
          • A tablet and wearable sensors that give live feedback on your form during exercises

        If you don’t have pain and are just looking to stay healthy, you can sign up for their free app.
