Finding an In-Network Doctor, Dentist or Hospital

To locate a doctor, hospital or vision care professional
that “participates” with our plans, please visit
www.cigna.com.

Medical Doctors/Hospitals
In the upper right hand corner, select “Find a
Doctor, Dentist or Facility. Once you are enrolled
in Cigna, you‘ll be able to access doctors from
www.mycigna.com.

You’ll then want to choose “Plans through your
employer or school”.

You’ll then want to enter your City/State.

For Medical doctors and hospitals, under “Select A
Plan”, please select “Open Access Plus, LocalPlus,
HSA”.

*If you live within the LocalPlus service area, you must
use a LocalPlus doctor or hospital
*If you live outside the LocalPlus service area, you musr
use an Open Access Plus doctor or hospital

*Counties in the Cigna Local Plus Network:
Atlantic, Bergen, Burlington, Camden, Cape May, Essex, Hudson, Mercer, Middlesex, Monmouth, Morris, Passaic, Somerset, Sussex,
Union

*Counties in the Cigna Open Access Plus Network:
Cumberland, Hunterdon, Gloucester, Ocean, Salem, Warren
Any residency outside of New Jersey
