PAID TIME OFF
Vacation
All full-time employees are eligible to accrue vacation leave under the following guidelines:
Hours Accrued
Year of Service Yearly Maximum Accrual
(Per Paycheck)
0-4 3.33 10 days
5-9 5.0 15 days
10+ 6.66 20 days
Personal and Sick Time
All full-time employees are eligible for up to 5 sick and 5 personal days per year. Sick and personal days accrue
from the date of hire and are advanced at the beginning of each calendar year. See employee handbook for
additional details.
Holidays
All full-time employees receive the following paid holidays:

• Martin Luther King Day
• Memorial Day
