Health Reimbursement Account



        A Health Reimbursement Account (HRA) is only available for those enrolled in the Blue Cross HRA Plan. This plan has slightly
        lower deductibles compared to the Blue Cross HSA Plan, and it has lower out of paycheck costs than the Traditional PPO Plan.

        With this plan, the Company provides access to funds through an HRA. You can use the funds in the HRA to pay for your
        out-of-pocket costs for medical or dental services through an SGRE plan.

                                                                 It’s important to save all receipts from purchases
                                                                 made on your HRA debit card. Accrue Health
                                                                 may request that you substantiate the payments/
                                                                 purchases made on the debit card.


        UNLIKE THE HSA:
        •   You cannot take your account with you if you leave the Company.
        •   Your account cannot be invested and does not earn interest.
        •   You may enroll in a Health Care Flexible Spending Account if you choose (see page 12).


        HOW DO I USE MY HRA TO PAY FOR HEALTH CARE EXPENSES?
        You can use your AccrueHealth debit card to pay for eligible expenses. If a debit card is not available, you can pay with personal
        funds and submit a claim for reimbursement. More detailed information can be found in the Benefits Service Center.
