Additional Benefits



     At Arabella, we understand that your total rewards package is not only your base compensation and health & welfare benefits. We
     want to ensure we support our Arabellans as whole people, adding additional benefits like mental health care, back-up dependent
     care, and these numerous additional benefits we want you to be aware and take advantage of, including our leaves, your wellness,
     education, technology, and additional supports through COVID-19.

     • Smartphone: We will reimburse up to a maximum of $75 a month for everyone at level four and above and $25 a month for
        everyone below level four for service associated with the device. Arabella Advisors will reimburse everyone at level four and
        above up to $200 every two years for the purchase of a smartphone, and up to $100 for one-time purchases of insurance plans
        and upgrade fees. The $100 cannot be applied toward any repair fees.

     •    Fitness: We encourage you to get out of the office and stay healthy, so we provide an opportunity to be reimbursed for up to
          $90 per month. This benefit will be paid on a quarterly basis, not to exceed the maximum amount of $270 per quarter. See the
          list in the Employee Handbook for additional details.

     •    Flexible Work Options

            o    We offer flexible schedules, occasional and scheduled remote working, voluntary relocations, ongoing remote work, a
                 working late policy, and exchange days.


     •    Education Reimbursement Program
            o    This benefit is intended to encourage professional development and assist employees in increasing their effectiveness
                 in their current position, preparing employees for possible advancement, and/or increasing an employee’s adaptability
                 to new ideas and change.

                   ▪   Arabella will reimburse up to $1,500 per year in costs incurred by an employee for degree-seeking courses
                       through an accredited program.
                   ▪   In addition, Arabella will provide the employee with five additional personal days per year when participating in
                       this program
