WHAT YOU NEED TO DO
As soon as you’ve reviewed your benefit materials, you need to choose which plans will cover you and your eligible
dependents for the plan year of October 1, 2022 through December 31, 2022. Current medical, dental, vision,
life insurance and Health Savings Account (HSA) elections will rollover into the new short plan year. However,
Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) elections will not rollover as the IRS requires an election each year. Please see
page 30 to learn more about how the FSAs are impacted due to the short plan year.
Remember, once you make your elections during this initial enrollment period, you will not be able to make changes
until the next Open Enrollment unless you have a qualifying life event such as marriage, birth of a child, or loss of other
group coverage. Please see page 9 for more information on mid-year changes.
To enroll in coverage, change your benefit elections, and/or change your covered dependents, you must log in to
Workday by August 19, 2022. For further enrollment instructions, please see the Workday Benefits Mall.
Important Note: We encourage all benefits eligible employees to log into Workday Benefits to review their current
benefits and covered dependents to ensure accuracy. Please be sure to review and make your plan elections carefully
as after Open Enrollment you will not be able to make changes until the next Open Enrollment period or
if you experience a qualifying life event.
