BACK-UP CARE WITH CARE.COM
SoFi employees have access to the care.com membership, the largest community for all types of family care,
and back-up care when a primary caregiver is unavailable.
Employees can search local caregivers, post a job ad, set-up interviews and access background checks. Employees
can also find nannies, pet sitters, housekeepers and more.
Additionally, SoFi will subsidize up to 5 days of back-up care per plan year (9/1–8/31). Temporary back-up care
includes care for children and adults. Employees will also have the option to pay for additional days as needed.
Rates are $20 per day at a back-up facility or $8 per an hour for in-home care.
Availability of caregivers is subject to location. Register at care.com for access to the caregiver database.
