 Stationary phase: C8 Column (Length = 25 cm)
 Mobile phase:
 Acetonitrile : Methanol : 0.02 M Phosphate buffer (pH 5) [20:20:60]
 Detector: UV-detector at 226 nm
 Injection volume: 20 µl
Flow rate : 1 mL/ min
