Join seniors on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays for these walks. When weather permits, meet a friend at 9:30 a.m. those days at the senior center. You then can walk the wonderful pedestrian trail at Mueller Park, which is right next to the center. You and your friend can walk at your own pace.
And here’s another idea: After the walk, join our ex- ercise class with instructor Shirley Festejo at 10 a.m. in the California Room. After that, it’s time to eat, so why not join us for lunch at 11 a.m. at the center? What a way to spend your day!
