"There are competitions in nursing, medical terminology, firefighting, wildland fire- fighting," said Lofaro. "As well as welding, floral, we have the CJ competitions for adminis- trative justice.
Lofaro also said a new ro- botics competition was added that will include middle school students.
"So we have high school students competing and right next to them we have middle school students competing."
Some of this year's win- ners came from various schools from the Central Val- ley including, Selma, Sanger and Orange Cove.

ics competition, Nayali Perez, Victor Vasquez, Juan Gomez (Orange Cove HS) won first place. Eduerdo Espirito, Yusif Alomari from Orange Cove Highschool took home second place while Jose Gomez, and Manuel Alverez from Parlier High, finished in third place.
The middle school robot- ics competition winners in- cluded; Briana Ochoa, Neftoli Velasquez, Belen Alvarado- Orazco from Citrus Middle School won first place.
Second place went to Ethan Irvin, Devin Cornell, Jack Nelson (Quail Lake Char- ter School) and third place went to Rebecca Gil-Valencia (Citrus Middle School.)
