The new mural of Raiders Pro Football Hall of Famer and Sanger native Tom Flores received the finishing touches with new lettering. The mural, painted by renowned Valley artist Omar "Super" Huerta and located at the southwest corner of 7th and N streets in downtown Sanger, was dedicated on Feb. 20 with a gathering of Raiders Nation fans and residents. Flores himself addressed the gather- ing via a Zoom call from his Coachella Valley home.

FAR LEFT: Up to three workers were on the hyrdrau- lic lift to do the finishes to the lettering trim.
