Bdr Lucy Clark participated in the Operation Lightfoot deploy- ment in Germany in January 2024. Her role was crucial in ensur- ing the operational effectiveness of the mission, demonstrating her skills and leadership. On the 3rd and 4th of June 2024 a com- prehensive review of the JSJET Artillery Logistics was conducted. This review was critical in assessing and improving the logisti- cal operations, ensuring efficiency and readiness for future mis- sions. LCpl Phillip Nickie was instrumental in supplying B Battery and The Chestnut Troop with cold weather equipment for their deployment on Operation CABRIT. His efforts ensured that all personnel were adequately equipped for the harsh conditions.
In addition to their military duties, members of the Quartermaster department have excelled in sports, showcasing their versatility and team spirit:
Bdr Lucy Clark and Sgt Jordan Frayne played instrumental roles in helping the Royal Artillery Women’s Football Club secure both the Lilly Parr league and the Edwards cup. Their dedication on the field mirrors their commitment to their military roles. Following their successful season, Bdr Lucy Clark and Sgt Jordan Frayne participated in a football tour to Cyprus from the 11th to the 20th of June. This tour not only provided a platform for further honing their skills but also served as a valuable team-building exercise.
