WO2 Jason Markham the Regi-
mental Quartermaster Sergeant
(RQMS) has been competing
more recently in off road endur-
ance racing. Competing in 3-hour
endurance races, he has been tak-
ing on the challenge of improving
personal fitness to take part in these
events. At the same time, he has also
been competing in classic motorcycle
road racing, recently finishing 4th in a
national race at Cadwell Park. The Quarter- master (QM) Maj Dom Ian continues to strive in his attempt at golf but might as well be on BCCS as he spends most of his time in the long grass.
Continuous training and development remain a priority to main- tain the high standards of the Quartermaster department. SSgt Kwasi Amponsah has been actively conducting the MJDI (Man- agement of the Joint Deployed Inventory) refresher training. This training is vital for ensuring that all personnel are up to date with the latest inventory management practices, thereby enhanc-

ing logistical efficiency. Bdr Lucy Clark successfully completed the All Arms Skill at Arms course in November 2023, this has led to helping the Regiment in complet-
ing weapon handling test (WHT) ITRs as well as teaching GPMG and Pistol ready for rangers in Sep-
tember 2024.
The recent period has been one of signifi- cant activity and achievement for the Quar- termaster department. The promotions, success- ful deployments, and sporting victories all highlight the diverse talents and dedication of our person- nel. As we move forward, we remain committed to excellence, readiness, and the continued development of our team. We look forward to the next quarter with optimism and pride, confident in our ability to meet any challenges that come our way. The Quartermaster department’s success is a testament to the hard work and dedication of every member, and we are
proud to serve alongside such outstanding individuals.
