  Inspired to Change
At Inspired to Change it has always been our mission to help people learn how to cope and to regain a sense of calm and control when life gets challenging so at the moment we want to help as many people as we can tap into their natural resilience and their ability to cope with the change and uncertainty going on around them and so we have a plan!
For the foreseeable future we are offering a free online resource to anyone who might benefit from some calmness amidst the chaos.
We’ve called it ‘Inspired To CALM’.
Join us every day for online Inspired To Calm sessions:
Every morning at 8:30am, we will have a Morning Motivation guided relaxation
Every afternoon at 1:30pm, we will have an Afternoon Boost guided relaxation
Every evening at 8:30pm, we will have an Evening Wind Down guided relaxation
Our wonderful Inspired To Change associates will be taking it in turns to deliver these sessions via Facebook
live and each week we will publish a schedule so that you know which specific Facebook page to tune in to. You can access any of these sessions live and
of course, you can also access them whenever you feel you need to on the play back option. The easiest place to stay connected to our scheudule is on the Inspired to Change, Thrapston facebook page.

And we haven’t stopped serving either.
For those needing spiritual, pastoral or practical help over these coming months, we would love to assist where we can. Please phone our dedicated coronavirus pastoral support number on: 07492 575243 or email: tdichurches@gmail.com
As a church family we are aiming to support one another and serve the wider community in appropriate ways, providing what is reasonable and possible under
the circumstances. We have already been collecting prescriptions and doing shopping for people, so give us a call and we’ll see what we can do to help.
May the Lord be with you,
Revd Nolan Robson
