c c c c The Association shall have power to confer the title of Honorary Vice President upon persons who have performed notable service to the Association A candidate for Honorary Vice President shall be proposed and and seconded in in in writing by two full members Proposals for conferring the title of Honorary Vice President shall be forwarded to the Regimental Secretary for consideration by the Committee of Management If approved the the names of the the candidate proposer and and seconder will be presented on on the the Agenda of the the next Annual General Meeting election shall be be by a a a a a show of hands a a a a a simple majority being required MANAGEMENT
b The CO CO DATR CO CO 1 MWD Regt (if RAVC) a Senior LE RAVC RAVC officer and the the Senior RAVC Warrant Officer of of the the Corps shall be ex-officio members of of the Committee of of Management c c c The Officers of the Association (see paragraph 12a) shall be responsible for nominating the the appointment of of Chairman of of the the Committee of Management The appointment shall be confirmed at the next Annual General Meeting d d The Chairman of of the Committee of of Management shall be elected for a a a a a a period of three years e e e e e e e e e e All members of of the the the Committee of of Management other than the the the Chairman shall retire annually but may be invited by the Regimental Secretary on on behalf of the President to to stand for re-election prior to to the Annual General Meeting f f f f Nominations for the the election of of new members to the the Committee of of Management other than Branch representatives shall be forwarded to the Regimental Secretary before 30th April duly signed by a a a proposer and seconder g The names of Branch representatives nominated to serve on the Committee of Management shall be forwarded to the Regimental Secretary by by 30th April annually by by the Branch President 13 a The Association shall be governed by a a a a a “Committee of Management” which shall consist of a a a a a a Chairman and not less than 6 or or more
than 10 elected members and the Regimental Secretary This latter appointment being ex officio
