• Please be advised that there is a new Job Hazard Analysis form and Safety Resource Guide available in
the ACI Safety Forms folder. [attached, "ACI JHA & Safety Resource Guide”]
o NOTE: There is also a simplified version (1-page) of the JHA available.

Instructions on how to use the JHA/Safety Resource Guide
• This new JHA will allow you to access pages from the Cal/OSHA Handbook.
• Go to the table on Page 5: Clicking on a topic under the Safety Hazard/Concern column will let you jump
straight to the applicable page within the PDF.
o NOTE: You can also go back to the table by pressing the “Back to TABLE” button on the top right
of the page.
• When you click on an OSHA regulation number in the handbook pages, it will launch your internet browser
to that specific OSHA regulation webpage.
