Brown, PC is pleased to offer two Medical options to meet your individual needs. We
contribute 50% to the employee only cost. We provide affordable access to Medical for
your dependents which includes an H.S.A benefit for employees and dependents. We are
pleased to provide, again this year, 100% employer paid Life and AD&D.
Please retain a copy of this guide in order to review coverage benefits, cost information,
and necessary contact information on page 9. This booklet will not serve as an ID card or
verification of benefits at a providers office, but can provide assistance, if needed.
