                      II.   Arrange the room and seating to meet the needs of the meeting
                      III.   Prepare visual aids that guide the discussion

                     IV.    Use an appropriate leadership style
































                 RELATIONSHIPS


               1.  The meeting will be impacted by the members' relationships with one another.


               2.  A good leader listens, asks questions, accepts criticism, keeps the meeting on

                    topic, and resolves conflicts.


               3. In order to foster mutual trust and collaboration during meetings, leaders and

                   participants should adhere to the following guidelines:
                      I.   Use neutral language in the discussion

                     II.   Avoid placing blame

                    III.   Ask open-ended questions
                    IV.    Use terms that all participants understand or define those
