PLAN YOUR ACTIVITIES
1. Making a plan for your workday will help you remember the things you need to get
done.
2. Spend five to ten minutes planning the next day's work at the start of the workday
or closed day.
3. Make a to-do list or update an existing list, then finish the items on it in the priority
order or by the deadline.
4. Mark the task as finished in the list. You can either handwrite or using a calendar
program/ personal information management software to list your task.
Example: Ana Maria’s task list is shown table above. Notice that
she has identified the tasks as Category A, B, or C.
• The A-level tasks need immediate attention or completion.

• B-level tasks can be done once the A-level tasks have been
completed.
• C-level tasks have no specific deadline but can be done
