(a) to various UN programmes and entities based in UN;
(b) to other UN centres (Vienna, Nairobi);
(c) to Specialized Agencies;
(d) to regional non-governmental organizations both of and outside
the European region.
C. In administrative field:
• Efficiency - first of all rapid reaction;
• Team spirit and transparency;
• Delegation of authority, more responsibility to Geneva staff;
• Competence first.
D. On substantive side, whilst continuing the representational in European
structures, to pay more attention to African, Asian and such Eurasian structures,
like CIS.
