PRESENTATION OF THE CERTIFICATE OF
GRATITUDE FROM FAFICS
TO DOUG HELLAND

At the AAFI-AFICS luncheon on 22 October, it was our pleasure to present this Certificate
to Doug in front of about fifty guests. We felt it was important that this "ceremony" take on a
more formal character, to emphasise the essential role played by volunteers in an
association.
Doug created the Federation's INTERNET web site and was in charge of it for more than
twenty years, all this, of course, on a voluntary basis.
Odette Foudral presents the Certificate to Doug Helland on behalf of FAFICS, and of Pierre
Sayour, its Vice-Chairman.
