PROFESSIONAL ADVICE
• reduction of the number of maintenance personnel, as well as associated facilities at the
facilities based on improving the reliability of equipment, automation of processes,
telemechanization of control and the use of watch and shiftless maintenance methods;
• reduction of the number of maintenance operational personnel, as well as associated structures
at the facilities through the use of aggregate repairs, in which the main components and
assemblies of equipment are repaired at centralized specialized repair bases (CSRB) located in
an economically justified service radius;
• reducing the volume of information entering the main board of the facility, based on the use
of mainly self-regulating technological equipment and units;
• reducing the total mass of materials spent on the creation of a ground object by combining the
homogeneous functions of the base in various structures (for example, combining the support
structure of a block device with a foundation, with a vehicle platform, etc.);
• reducing the bulk density of structural materials due to the use of mainly light metal alloys,
polymers and other effective materials;
• reducing the scope of zero cycle work at facilities due to:
• removal of technological pipelines, electric cables to overpasses or to communication corridors;
• application of pile (including no-grout) and slab foundations that minimize labor costs and
"wet" processes;
• reduction of the occupied areas by maximum
blocking on the master plan, two-story layout
of block devices for both main and auxiliary
purposes, removal from the site of block devices
that have a minimum of connections with the
main production facilities or do not have at all;
• use of multifunctional aggregate structures
combining several types of processes in a single
building or combined on a single base;
• deliveries of gas and oil pumping units by
manufacturing plants to assembly sites with a
degree of readiness to ensure commissioning
without disassembly and revision;

on the master plans of ground facilities from the
minimum number of interlocked single complexes.
Conclusion
Above, we talked about progressive methods of creating new equipment; examples are
given the most typical, giving the highest technical and economic effect. "Turnkey" prefabricated
block equipment is firmly included in the equipment of new production facilities. The future
belongs to these complexes.
