technicians

In recent years, many Healthcare organizations around
the world have experienced a shortage of personnel
in the healthcare system in many areas. In the field of
medical imaging this shortage is especially critical. The
world of imaging is of crucial importance in diagnosis
and treatment in the world of modern medicine. Imaging
technicians serve, in practice, as the “eyes” of the doctors
and decisions regarding medical treatment are often
largely based on the results of imaging tests.

The training program is intended for bachelor's degree
holders and the students receive theoretical training
alongside clinical experience in various fields at the
hospital. Students are exposed to a fascinating and
challenging work environment that includes experience
in a wide variety of imaging fields such as CT, MRI,
US, cardiac catheterization, cerebral angiography,
mammography, intraoperative imaging, and more.

In the first cycle, which began in 2021, we are
accompanying 13 students who will be employed full-
time at the Imaging Institute.
