Technology:
17.6 Upholding international collaboration and access to science, technology
and innovation, increasing knowledge sharing on mutually agreed terms,
through improved coordination among existing mechanisms, especially at
the United Nations level, and through a global mechanism for technological
facilitation.
17.7 Promoting the development, transfer, dissemination and diffusion of
environmentally sound technologies to developing countries on preferential
terms.
17.8 Operationalizing the science and technology bank – technological and
innovation capacity-building mechanisms and enhancing the use of enabling
technologies, especially information and communications technology.
