                      1. Use enough + infinitive in these patterns
                        to tell why something is possible:
                        a.  adjective + enough + infinitive     a.  I am strong enough to lift the heavy box.
                        b.  adverb + enough + infinitive        b.   We will walk quickly enough to arrive on time.
                        c.  enough + noun + infinitive          c.  She has enough talent to win the contest.
                      2. Remember! Put enough after an          ✓ ’m old enough to drive.
                                                                  I
                        adjective but before a noun.            ✗ I’m enough old to drive.
                                                                ✓  I have enough money to buy a car.
                                                                ✗  I have money enough to buy a car.
                      3. Use for + a noun or object pronoun +   The TV screen is large enough for everyone to see it.
                        infinitive to give information about “who.”

                      4. Be careful! Do not use for + infinitive.  ✓ We don’t have enough time to eat lunch before class.
                                                                ✗  We don’t have enough time for to eat lunch before class.
