Piper Nathan James stepped away
from his pipes to deliver two
beautiful solos a capella, the first The
haunting Parting Glass, associated
with Robert Burns, and the second,
both the varied history and the
original words and melody to Auld
Lang Syne, as Burns wrote and knew
them. Then, the evening concluded
with Stuart Naylor's lovely rendition
of Auld Lang Syne on the fluegel
horn. An NBCC Burns Supper may
make a return in 2024. Stay tuned.
