The nuns live out their traditional monastic life of ORA et LABORA: PRAY and WORK,
               these values being essential in the monastic tradition.

                    In the spiritual quest for truth, the monastic vows of stability, conversion of life, and
                            obedience guide the nuns in their worship, work, study and prayer.

                The daily life of the nuns revolves around the recitation of the Divine Office in Choir. When
                the school closed in 2010, the nuns engaged in new ventures of artisan crafts including soap
                making, cosmetic production, pottery and chocolate making as well as the teaching of music.

                                                    ORA - Prayer

                  The foundation of the community prayer life is the daily celebration of the Divine Office;
                   which is the Church’s Prayer of the Hours consisting of psalms, readings, and times of
                meditation, leading us to focus on Jesus Christ in the Eucharist as the central act of Christian
                                                           life.

                   Each sister strives to live her daily life in the presence of Christ, and this relationship is
                                   nurtured through both private and communal prayer.

                                                  LABORA - Work

                 Monastic work flows from a life for others. They discover the evangelic gift of new life by
                giving their lives away, like Christ, and sharing them with others. Work is a gift to monastics
                                             which enhances potential talents.
