Method
Preheat the oven to Gas 5/190°C and cook the fish fingers according to the instructions on the back.
Wash, peel and dice the potato, boil until softened and ready to mash.
Wash and slice the red pepper. Pan fry in oil until soft. Add the baked beans and heat gently.
Place the red pepper mixture and baked beans into the base of an oven proof dish.
Place the cooked fish fingers on the baked beans and peppers. Mash the potato and add to the top of the fish fingers.
Sprinkle with grated cheese and brown in the oven or under the grill.
