 Bake fish fingers in the oven as per manufacturer’s instructions. Gas 5/190°C
 Mix mayonnaise with lemon juice, place into a serving dish and chill until service.
 Cut each lemon into 6 wedges.
 Place baked fish fingers into a gastronorm tin or ceramic dish and garnish with lemon wedges.
