Method
Place the pollock into shallow tins and bake for 15 minutes.
Cook the peas and sweetcorn as per manufacturer’s instructions.
Wash, peel and dice the potatoes - cook until soft.
Peel and finely dice the onion, cook until soft.
Place the potatoes in the mixer, add 300ml milk and 100g margarine mix until smooth.
Make a white sauce with the remaining milk, flour and margarine as per sub recipe.
Drain the tuna and flake into the cooked fish - combine the two together, add the peas, sweetcorn and onions.
Divide the mix evenly between the tins and cover the fish mix with white sauce.
Pipe or arrange the potato neatly on top.
Bake in the oven until golden brown Gas 4/180°C for 30-40 minutes. Serve.
