Method
Place chicken fillets on a lightly greased baking tin and bake in the oven Gas 5/190°C for approximately 25-30 minutes.
Probe to ensure core temperature of 75°C is reached for 30 seconds.
Place cooked chicken in a floured bap - add lettuce and sauce if required.
Wrap bun in burger paper or place in a serving dish on the hot plate and serve.
