Finely slice the spring onion, peppers and coriander.
Method
Defrost chicken over night in the fridge.
Soak noodles in hot water until soft then cool down in cold running water.
In a suitable frying pan, add the chicken until it begins to take on some colour but not too much!
Add the peppers and cook for another 2-3 minutes
Add the noodles and mix well.
Finish with the chow mein sauce, garnish with the sliced spring onions and coriander.
Ensure the dish has a core temperature of 75oC and serve as required.
