                         Method
 Finely chop the onion and fry, without colouring, for 5 minutes.
 Add the rice and the thyme and mix in well.
 Add the water and coconut milk and cook until the rice is soft and the liquid has been soaked up.
 Add the kidney beans and mix well, check for seasoning and serve.
