                      The method is very similar in all these products; the main aim is not to add any oil.
Method
  For best results steam gently until just cooked then place onto a lined gastronorm tray ready for the oven. Gas 6/200°C
 Add dried herbs and spices to the potatoes and place into a hot oven. The spices will give a crispy texture to the potatoes.
 For the larger roast potatoes, try cooking in the oven with stock that comes to just under half way up the potato, this will give a flavoursome and sticky potato.
 You can add fresh herbs like thyme and rosemary to really give these potatoes a great flavour with 0% fat.
