                      Method
 Cut each potato in half lengthways then each half into 4 wedges.
 Place the wedges into a pan of cold water and bring to the boil, boil for 2 minutes then drain and leave to steam dry.
 Mix the oil, salt, pepper and paprika into a bowl and add the wedges. Coat well.
 Place on a suitable oven proof tray and bake for approximately 20 minutes or until golden brown.
     TIP: great served as a snack with some sour cream (use 6 wedges) or as a side.
