                      Method
 Preheat oven to Gas 4/180°C and line a baking tray with parchment.
 Melt the margarine, ginger and golden syrup together until both have melted.
 Place the sugar and oats in a large bowl and carefully pour over the syrup mixture.
 Mix all the ingredients carefully together.
 Spread the mixture evenly in the baking tray and bake for 30 - 40 minutes.
 Cool before cutting in to bars.
