Method
Preheat oven to Gas 4/180°C.
Rub the margarine in to the flour until it resembles breadcrumbs.
Mix in the sugar.
Add the milk a little at a time until a dough is formed.
Roll out and create rounds with a cutter.
Brush the top with a little milk.
Bake for 10 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
