                    Method
 Cream together the margarine and sugar until light and fluffy.
 Add grated zest of orange and juice.
 Add beaten egg.
 Sieve flour and baking powder, add to the bowl and mix well.
 Separate into 24 pieces.
 Roll into balls and roll in crushed cornflakes.
 Place on a baking sheet, allowing room to spread.
 Bake in a moderate oven for approximately 10 minutes Gas 2/160°C.
