                      Method
 Grate the carrot and courgette.
 Mix all ingredients in a bowl and, with your hand, combine all ingredients well.
 Roll each into approximately 15g balls.
 Seal in a pan until browned on all sides and finish cooking in the oven, or in a tomato sauce.
