                        Method
 Place the sausages on a lightly greased baking tin and bake in the oven at Gas 5/190°C for approximately 25-30 minutes.
 Probe to ensure a core temperature of 75°C is reached for 30 seconds.
 Place cooked sausage in a roll - add sauce if required.
 Wrap hot dog in burger paper or place in a serving dish on the hotplate and serve.
