Method
Brush the chicken breast with the barbecue sauce.
Wrap one slice of bacon around the chicken breast.
Bake in a hot oven at Gas 5/190°C for 20 minutes.
Remove the chicken from the oven and sprinkle the cheese over the top.
Return to the oven until the cheese is melted and a core temperature of 75oC has been reached.
