What’s Next? The Supply Chain Team expands its job description as we
move towards the “Internal Order” side of the business.
The team will start processing Network Ports but will also
specialize Space, Power & Cross Connects for Equinix.
Process Flows
We are working on the process flows for R&M, monthly and
annual subscriptions, contingent worker, and connectivity. In
the meantime, here is the standard flow chart available for
“Goods” along with this written document as a guide.
Bug fixes and You should no longer experience any issues when it comes to
future
enhancements 1. Attaching documents like quotes or Bill of Materials,
this has been fully resolved by our I.T.
2. The Purchase Order Number is now available on your
Dashboard so you can easily identify when they have
been approved and generated.
3. Additional fields will be added such as “Delivery to
cage”, “Cage”, and “Floor Area”. This is for us to
minimize the requests you will receive if we are ready
to create the Inbound Shipment ticket.
4. On the reporting side, the “Export” button will now be
available for you so you can have the ability to extract
data that you need for tracking purposes.
5. A new landing page will be created wherein you will
have multiple forms to choose from depending on the
type of order you will submit.
6. We will also link the GN SC Tool to Clarizen so Project
Managers can efficiently toggle from one site to
another.
