2. To maintain an updated registry of student records
3. To ensure a systematic and orderly management of student records
4. To prepare a periodic report on the statistical data as to enrolment and
academic performance of the students
5. To release grades on-line so that each student can access the grades
through individual passwords obtained upon enrolment per semester
