Educational Leadership
A strong and experienced faculty is key to delivering excellence in Limudei Kodesh and General Studies. Therefore, Me-
sivta Ateres Yaakov goes to great lengths to hire and retain a robust roster of top mechanchim. Our Rebbeim are not only
scholarly musmachim; they are experienced educators committed to the mandate of education of the individual. The ma-
jority of our General Studies faculty have one or more Masters degrees, and a significant percentage also hold doctorates.
Our faculty members have diverse interests, accomplishments, and approaches that help them forge unique connections
with their students. Their extraordinarily long average tenure at MAY is one indication of the high quality of our students
and the school’s supportive educational environment.
