How to Quarantine



















                                      Quarantine is important. Quarantine means that





                                      you’re on lockdown and you are not allowed to go





                                      out. It not only helps you, but it also helps other so





                                      that the virus cannot easily spread. This is why we





                                      will show you how to Quarantine.















                                    For quarantine, you will need: Food, water, exercise





                                    equipment, and patience











                                                     How to Quarantine - First, Stay in your house, don’t go





                                              anywhere if it's not something important like buying food.





                                     Next, don’t sleep in the same bedroom with your family who





                                                                  are infected and doing self isolation. To be safer, we





                                          recommend washing your hands for 20 seconds after going





                                   out from your house, coughing, sneezing, and eating. And also






                                               to clean your house, including your phone, tablets, laptop,





                                             computer, doorknobs, and remote control. Don’t forget to





                                                        exercise regularly so that you could be healthy and fit

















                                      We hope that you follow the steps and don’t take things





                                      lightly. Remember to always wash your hands when you
