Some people even wanted to buy all of the food with a high

price but she refused. She wanted other people that don’t

have much money to buy food. She even let the price be

normal even though it was a rough time. She didn’t want to

take advantage when people are in a tough situation.

Susana Indriyani asks the people to calm down. She said to

the customer to relax and that it’s going to be okay. If we

panic then things will be worse. She successfully calms the

people down. She then ask the people in the shop to pray

that everything will be okay and the Coronavirus will go

soon enough.

People praised Susana Indriyani for her kindness and

empathy towards other people. She hopes that other

people would be kind to others as she was kind to her

customers. People recorded her action and the video went

viral on social media. News reporter came to interview

and she said that she didn’t expect it to be viral. She

welcomed the media crews kindly and started to tell her

story. North Jakarta Metro police gave Susana Indriyani

an appreciation for helping the people calm down because

they thought that keeping it calm was good and reduced

the chance of panic leading to injuries.
