Responses must unpack how citizens are not able to leave their homes at night while the country is
under lockdown. Therefore they should not have to worry about when the president is going to address
the nation - they will (should) be at home anyway. President Ramaphosa’s expression adds to the
humour as he is clearly troubled/surprised/disappointed in the question.
