3.2 Compare and contrast this poem with Poetry is Dangerous and explore specifically:

                ● To which animals both poets compare writing and reading poetry,
                       ○ Suggest a reason why,
                ● Why both poets may suggest that poetry is written or read suddenly,
                ● Why both poets may suggest that poetry is experienced at midnight, and
                ● What role both poets suggest that humans have in the creation of poetry. (5)

Thought fox to fox in a forest= creates an image of writing and reading being something that is
mysterious ;something that brings excitement and it takes time to discover the beauty.

Poetry is dangerous compares it to a snake sudden flickers of beauty or truth like a snakes
     tongue

It has secrets within like a snake coiled up; writing can also consume you like a snake
     swallowing its prey.

Poetry is written or read suddenly because it takes a while for creativity and passion to ignite
and then suddenly ideas and thoughts begin to flow like a foxe creeping up on you or a snake
moving closer until it can attack its prey.

Poetry is experienced at midnight as this is when the business and distractions ar minimal and
your thoughts begin to flow freely, midnight also suggest the start of a new day and the
unexpected when the light begins to reveal what was once in the darkness

Both poems suggest that humans cannot escape writing and poetry and that it is part of us as
human beings. Our heartbeat and blood pump poetry and our lives and stories become the
poems we write. Poems are part of us as humans.
