Non-destructive methods and non-invasive
procedures in Contemporary Scientific Investigations
of Crimes
Dr. G. Rajesh is a well-experienced academician and researcher with more than
twenty four years research and teaching experience with strong academic
qualifications. He is the Associate Dean, School of Medico legal studies at National
Forensic Sciences University, Gujarat, India. He has expertise in Anthropology,
Advanced Fingerprints sciences, Terminal Ballistics and Material sciences. He have
been training the officers of the Bangladesh, Nepal Police and forest officers of
SAARC countries and officers of other countries deputed under the ITEC scheme on
various techniques in criminal investigation and also in the areas of Ballistics,
Fingerprints and crime scene analysis. He has about 40 research papers published, 7
book chapters and 8 articles in popular magazines and media. He has guided 6 Ph.D.
students and many M.Sc. Dissertations. He is also a Life member of Karnataka
Medico, member of Legal Society South Indian Medico Legal Association, Indian
Association of Forensic Medicine and Toxicology, Indian Association of Social
Sciences and Health and Indian Academy of forensic medicine.
